Frank Skinner Show Trivia:

The performance on the drums that was credited to the famed Muppet drummer Animal was actually done by "The Skinneretees".

Frank Skinner took a short detour from success when he left school without learning a trade. After working a menial job in a factory for a while he decided to return to his education and enrolled in night school. He did well this time by obtaining a Master's Degree in English literature! His birth name was Christopher Graham Collins. He got his stage name from a man named Frank Skinner who played on a dominoes team at his father's Pub. He claims to be an alcoholic but hasn't tipped a mug since 1987. He's an enthusiastic Elvis fan and even bought one of the King of Rock 'n' Roll's shirts at a U.S. auction for $15,000! Frank also plays the banjo.
