Series Description

The Utopia TV show is a 60 minute competitive reality series on FOX where fifteen contestants take a full year out of their lives, form teams and see who can create the most perfect society from scratch in an isolated and totally undeveloped location.

There was a lot of concern and disagreements among Fox executives as to whether the $50 million price tag for 20 episodes would pay off!

In the same method as Big Brother, contestants are planned to be filmed around the clock with numerous cameras. While the TV episodes will be highly edited of course, online viewers may be able to follow the action 24/7. Multiple episodes per week are likely to be offered.
