Series Description

The Mom TV show is a 30 minute comedy series on CBS about a recovering alcoholic, single mother trying to put her life back together by working as a waitress and attending alcoholic anonymous meetings. If she only had to deal with her own issues it would go a lot easier but she also has a deadbeat, pothead husband to deal with along with a recovering alcoholic and drug addict mother and a 17-year-old daughter with a baby!

Almost unbelievably, with the addition of the Mom TV show to the lineup, Chuck Lorre had a whopping four sitcoms on CBS simultaneously! The others were "The Big Bang Theory" and "Two and a Half Men", both of which he also created and "Mike and Molly" on which he was an Executive Producer!
