Series Description:

The Moesha TV show was a 30 minute comedy series on UPN (now the CW Network). It centered on the life of a teen-aged African-American girl that followed the typical teenage comedy storylines about the trouble they get into and their relationships with friends and family members.

The Moesha TV show was the first sitcom featuring a teen-aged African-American girl as the main character.

Moesha had a storyline that continued from week-to-week. That made it a little difficult for viewers to "jump in" after missing previous episodes. In fact, the show was cancelled with a kidnapping plot line and a pregnancy plot line left unresolved!
