Older fans know Debbie Reynolds from her many movies of the 1950s and 1960s, most notably "Singin' in the Rain (1952)", "The Tender Trap (1955)", "Tammy and the Bachelor (1957)", "The Unsinkable Molly Brown (1964)" and "The Singing Nun (1966)". While Debbie's movie career by no means ended, she moved heavily onto the small screen at the end of the seventies. Younger audiences probably know Debbie best from her ten episodes as "Bobbi Adler", Grace's mother on the hit series "Will and Grace".
Debbie played another mother on TV when she guest-starred on an episode of "Roseanne" from the ninth season titled, "Arsenic and Old Mom". In one scene where she was wrestling with Roseanne, they got so into their roles that one of her ribs was accidentally broken!
